19th September 2020

Savage Beast Events' popular event Keighley Comic Con returns for its fourth incarnation on Saturday 25th April 2020.

This year we are going bigger by expanding into the adjacent sports hall, which means more attractions, bigger guests, more virtual reality and more fun.

Held in the beautiful Victoria Hall, and will bring together a variety of geeky entertainment for a day of family fun and festivities.

Note: Fast Track Wristbands will soon be available for purchase directly from Keighley Leisure Centre (£8 each)

Keighley Comic Con returns to Victoria Hall on 19th September 2020 for its fourth incarnation, with tons of new exciting attractions and some returning favourites.

Headlining the event will be special guest actors :

- Jonathan Hyde (Jumanji; Titanic; Dinotopia; The Mummy)

- Clem So (Star Wars; Marvel; Harry Potter; Doctor Who)

They will be with us all day, meeting and greeting fans, signing autographs, posing for selfies, and talking about their vast experiences.

The East Midlands Garrison will be in attendance, bringing along troops of superhero and Star Wars costume characters, and raising money for children’s cancer charity PASIC. We also have Robo Cop in attendance, and several other great characters.

Displays and film replica prop scenes will wow old and young alike, with a Flintstones car scene, “Johnny 5” Short Circuit robot, a Doctor Who Dalek and Tardis combo complete with K9, Pete the dinosaur with a baby dino creche, a giant life-sized Star Wars Jabba the Hutt, a superhero roof scene, a Sean of the Dead display, a Star Wars Han Solo in carbonite scene, a Ghostbusters Terror Dogs scene, a Star Wars Ewoks display, an enormous inflatable Ghostbusters Mr Stay Puft Marshmallow Man, a princess tower, and more!

Interactive attractions are integral to Savage Beast Events comic cons too, and at Keighley Comic Con we’ve got target practice with The Shooting Range, Virtual Reality, and PS4 gaming.

Our on-stage entertainment has a busy schedule all day, with a children’s magic show, flying displays from pirates with parrots, a three part Harry Potter themed stage show, cosplay competitions with great prizes from Darkside Goodies, and Q & A sessions with our guests.

That’s not all! There’s also Rich Reynolds the incredible close up magician, geeky trader tables with awesome merchandise, delicious food and drink (including a bar), and free balloon modelling all day from Guinness World Record balloon modeller Tom Tricks.

We’re proud to support the Meningitis Research Foundation, so we’ll be collecting donations for this great cause on the day, and all proceeds from The Geek Asylum’s charity tombola will also be added to the collection.
